We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy, clean, and comfy rooms at Hotel Leonessa. The breakfast bar was a highlight, with a friendly waitress who always served us with a smile. The coffee was delicious, creamy, and typically Italian, and we enjoyed fresh orange juice every day. The housekeeping lady did a fantastic job, and our room looked spotless when we arrived after a long day at the beach. The staff was very helpful, particularly with transportation and advice. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had an early flight from Naples, so wanted to stay close to the airport, but not in a 'run down' area. The location was good. The rooms were tastefully decorated, almost like a boutique hotel. The bar and restaurant were very busy with locals - always a good sign! We were given complimentary snacks with our drinks in the bar. The restaurant was fantastic a popular busy bistro the food was gorgeous (although we had to take pot luck as the menu was all in Italian.) Internet access and parking were free, the cars were parked in a safe car park underneath the hotel.
The soundproofing could be better! As the staircase sweeps around the corridor is open on one side, we heard every phone that rang on the reception desk, all through the night. Our room sounded as if it housed the boiler (it didn't!) as, all we heard all through the night was water gurgling and a sound as if somebody was banging on pipes with a hammer. That was just our experience other rooms in a different location may have been better! Breakfast was ok, but a limited choice, no lovely fresh fruit or a cooked breakfast. A great good value hotel just avoid room 224 if you want undisturbed sleep!

We used the Hotel Leonessa as a base for our Naples sightseeing. It's located in a commercial/residential neighborhood away from the center of the city, which we considered an advantage. The nearest metro station (Madonnelle) is about a mile away. The hotel offers free parking in their garage. It has an excellent restaurant on site, which we considered a great advantage. We found it a desirable place to stay, with excellent breakfasts and courteous staff.

Spent Xmas here with friends and it was a great hotel experience. Loved the friendly and polite staff who were very accommodating. We were given a spacious room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The location was perfect, right next to a huge shopping centre and easy access to Naples city by taxi. What we enjoyed the most was the delicious food served in the restaurant and the beautiful decor of the hotel.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, so it was a little bit stuffy at times.

The hotel is clean, friendly, and feels safe. We booked a triple room, and we were pleasantly surprised to stay in one of their suites with a great balcony. The room was large and very clean.
There aren't many restaurants around the hotel, so we ate at the hotel's restaurant. However, the restaurant does not open until 19:30 - not ideal for the children.

The staff was very nice, courteous and helpful
This is a horrible place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. A quick search of hotels near the naples airport said hotel leonessa was close, but it is not. It is diffiuclt to get there, and we had to follow the aiport shuttle to the airport because the hotel is so far from the airport. Also, it's in a night club atmosphere so it was loud. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyway wanting to stay close to airport.

Convenient location close to Naples city centre and attractions like Mt. Vesuvius and Herculaneum. Comfortable and clean rooms with great outside space. Restaurant and bar facilities serve tasty food and are open late. Helpful and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay.
Cannot find any fault with this hotel.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location in a vibrant area, close to Naples city center and other touristic attractions such as Vesuvius and Herculaneum. the rooms are spacious and clean, offering relaxing stays in a quiet atmosphere. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and valuable advice for a successful trip. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, including various options for a complete meal. Some rooms also offer the nice addition of a private balcony.
The information about public transportation could be improved, as reception staff offered a rather expensive taxi service instead of more accessible public transport options.

The rooms at Hotel Leonessa were really comfortable and cozy. The TV with Mediaset Premium channels provided great entertainment, and the free internet access allowed us to stay connected. As a family, we found the air conditioning to be a real blessing during the hot summer days.
Personally, I found the VIP toiletries and slippers to be a bit unnecessary.

We had a great city break and found a value-for-money hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with enough space to relax. We particularly enjoyed the great bar and snacks and the excellent restaurant food. The breakfast and variety of pastries were enough to fuel our day. Also, the free and secure parking made it very convenient for us.
Although the location was a bit hard to find, it was still relatively close to public transport links, allowing us access to the city centre and sites of interest. However, we suggest that the hotel could provide better information about public transport options to help guests avoid high taxi fares. Moreover, it would be great if they could replenish breakfast items timely.

I chose Leonessa hotel specifically for its convenient location near Madonna dell'Arco, a landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent service and amenities. The free WiFi and concierge services made my stay comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the onsite restaurant, Bistrot Dali Ristorante, offered a delightful dining experience with delicious Italian cuisine.
Limited information on public transport.

We had a great value for our money at Hotel Leonessa. The room was spacious and we even had our own outside space to relax. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily visit attractions outside of Naples. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options for hot dishes.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was absolutely impressed with my experience. The location in this nice area of Naples was fantastic, as it allowed for easy access to popular sights like Mt. Vesuvius and Herculaneum. Moreover, it was just a short distance from the city center, perfect for exploring all that Naples has to offer. The staff at this place were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of shops and commercial services available, making it convenient for any needs that arose during my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Naples.
